*Under these Limited Warranties, the sole liability of Jackson Furniture is limited to repair, or at its option, replacement. Jackson Furniture will pay, within one year from the date of purchase, reasonable and customary labor rates to repair or replace the defective parts and shipping costs from the retailer to and from Jackson Furniture at no charge to the original retail purchaser.
Customers have the option to pick up their purchase themselves or to use our local delivery service. We offer pick-ups at our West Chester, OH location and our Florence, KY location. Warehouse pick-up hours are Thursday through Monday, 11:00 am – 6:40 pm. We deliver locally within 65 miles or less from our West Chester, OH or Florence, KY location. Delivery does not include assembly. For current delivery and assembly fees, please ask a member of our Sales Team either in our showroom or our customer service department at 888-822-4033.
