Customers have the option to pick up their purchase themselves or to use our local delivery service. We offer pick-ups at our West Chester, OH location and our Florence, KY location. West Chester warehouse pick-up hours are Thursday through Monday, 11:00 am – 6:40 pm. Pick-ups in Florence must be scheduled and pick-up hours are 11 am – 6:40 pm Saturdays and Sundays only. We deliver locally within 45 miles or less from our West Chester, OH or Florence, KY location. Delivery does not include assembly. For current delivery and assembly fees, please ask a member of our Sales Team either in our showroom or our customer service department at 888-822-4033. Online orders are processed manually by our Customer Service Team. Before processing your order, we will determine if the item(s) you have ordered are in stock. If your item(s) are in stock, we will process your order and email you a copy of your sales order. If your items are not in stock and need to be ordered, we will text or email you with an estimated time of arrival (ETA). If you approve of the ETA, we will process the order at that time. If you do not approve of the ETA, your order will not be processed and will not require a refund. Please allow 24 hours for our Customer Service Team to contact you.
