Sales and Returns: All sales are final, and we do not accept returns. You can cancel your order without penalty within 48 hours. After that, cancellations before receiving your purchase will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA): The ETA provided at purchase is an estimate, not a guarantee. Arrival dates can fluctuate due to manufacturers and shipping logistics. All ETAs refer to arrival at our West Chester warehouse, not your home. If your order is 30 days past the ETA, you can cancel for a full refund. Cancellations less than 30 days past the ETA will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
Pick-Up Hours:
- West Chester: Thursday through Monday, 11 am to 6:40 pm. No appointment is needed. The warehouse is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. The West Chester address is 4 W. Crescentville Rd., West Chester, OH.
- Florence: Pickups are on Saturday and Sunday only, from 11:20 am to 6:20 pm. A pick-up appointment is required to avoid delays. Once your item arrives in Florence, you will receive a text notification. Please reply to the text notification to schedule your pick-up appointment. The Florence address is 83 Spiral Drive, Florence, KY.
Pick-Up and Inspection: Please bring a photo ID for pickup. Inspect your items at pickup; once confirmed as damage-free, we are not liable for damage except for undetectable manufacturer defects, which must be reported within 48 hours.
Delivery: We work with a third-party delivery service that will contact you within 72 hours to schedule once all of your items are available for delivery. All scheduling is done through the delivery service. Delivery can take up to two weeks.
Item Fit: Please remember to measure doorways, hallways, and spaces before purchasing. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that an item will fit before purchasing. If an item does not fit, it can be returned undamaged with the original packaging for in-store credit, valid for six months (minus the delivery fee, if applicable). For refunds, a 25% restocking fee and delivery charges apply, if applicable. Please note that open or torn mattresses cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
Warranty Information: Unless stated otherwise, purchases may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. We assist with warranty claims, but the manufacturer makes the final decision.

Clearance and Floor Models: Items marked “AS-IS, NO WARRANTY” are not eligible for warranty claims after inspection and approval at pickup or delivery.
Storage: We ask that you pick up your items within 14 days of purchase or notification unless otherwise noted in your order. If you do not pick up your order within 30 days of purchase or after receiving our first notification that your items are available, we have the discretion to cancel your order and assign a 25% cancellation fee. Any amount paid, after the cancellation fee, will be converted to an in-store credit, good for six months. If unforeseen circumstances make it impossible to pick up your furniture within the allotted time, please notify our customer service department for an extension.
