Customers can pick up their purchases or use our local delivery service. We offer pick-ups at our West Chester, OH location and our Florence, KY location. Our West Chester warehouse pick-up hours are Thursday through Monday, 11:00 am – 6:40 pm. Pick-up hours in Florence are Saturday and Sunday only from 11 am – 6:40 pm. All pickups in Florence must be scheduled. We deliver locally within 45 miles or less from our West Chester, OH or Florence, KY location. Delivery does not include assembly.
