Under these Limited Warranties, the sole liability of Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc. is limited to repair, or at its option, replacement. Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc. will pay, within one year from the date of purchase, reasonable and customary labor rates to repair or replace the defective parts and shipping costs from the retailer to and from Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc., at no charge to the original retail purchaser. After one year from the date of purchase, the original retail purchaser will be responsible for labor, packing, and all shipping and transportation costs.

LOCAL CUSTOMERS

PICKUP: You can choose to pick up your item(s) at either our West Chester, OH or our Florence, KY location.  Our warehouse is located in West Chester, OH. For Florence pickups, we will transfer your item(s) from West Chester to Florence for you to pick up at that location.  

DELIVERY: If you choose to have your order delivered, we offer a professional, local delivery service for an additional charge. Rates are calculated on mileage from either of our showrooms. You will receive a specific quote on the checkout page once you’ve added products to your shopping cart. Please note the delivery dates and times are scheduled on a first come, first served basis. Assembly is available for an additional charge.

WEB ORDERS:  Web orders are processed manually by our Customer Service Team.  Before processing your order, we will determine if the item(s) you have ordered are in stock.  If your item(s) are in stock, you will receive an order confirmation.  If your items need to be ordered, we will contact you with an estimated time of arrival (ETA).  If you approve of the ETA, we will process the order at that time. If you do not approve of the ETA, your order will not be processed and will not require a refund.  Please allow 24 hours for our Customer Service Team to reach out to you.
