Online orders are processed manually by our Customer Service Team. Before processing your order, we will determine if the item(s) you have ordered are in stock. If your item(s) are in stock, we will process your order and email you a copy of your sales order. If your items are not in stock and need to be ordered, we will text or email you with an estimated time of arrival (ETA). If you approve of the ETA, we will process the order at that time.
