1 Year Limited Warranty
All finishes and other parts, components, and other furniture products, including but not limited to dining room tables, chairs, occasional tables, beds, dressers, marble tops, granite tops, desks, curio cabinets, china cabinets, buffets, entertainment centers, lamps, electrical components, and handles incorporated into any furniture product, are warranted by the manufacturer to you, the original retail purchaser, for one year from the date of purchase, to be free from material manufacturing defects. The manufacturer will pay, within one year from the date of purchase, reasonable and customary labor rates to repair or replace the defective parts and shipping costs from the retailer to and from factory, or a repair center designated by the manufacturer’s customer service department at no charge to the original retail purchaser.
*Under these Limited Warranties, the sole liability of Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc. is limited to repair, or at its option, replacement. Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc. will pay, within one year from the date of purchase, reasonable and customary labor rates to repair or replace the defective parts and shipping costs from the retailer to and from Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc., at no charge to the original retail purchaser. After one year from the date of purchase, the customer will be responsible for labor, packing, and all shipping and transportation costs.
LOCAL CUSTOMERS
If you are a local customer, you can choose to pickup your purchase yourself or to use our local delivery service.
PICKUP: If you choose to pickup your order, pickup is available during our Weekend Warehouse sale hours (Friday-Monday). We are closed to the public for pickups Tuesday through Thursday.
DELIVERY: If you choose to have your order delivered, we offer a professional, local delivery service for an additional charge. Rates will vary depending on the items purchased and the shipping address. You will receive a specific quote on the checkout page once you’ve added products to your shopping cart. Please note the delivery dates and times are scheduled on a first come, first served basis.

As soon as we receive your order, we will send you more details about the status of the ordered items along with more details about receiving your order. Please note that although we try to stock as many products as possible, we cannot guarantee on-hand inventory on all items. Please call our customer service team prior to placing an order to confirm stock and delivery service availability if time is of the essence.
WEB ORDERS: Web orders are processed manually by our Customer Service Team. Before processing your order, we will determine if the item(s) you have ordered are in stock. If your item(s) are in stock, you will receive an order confirmation. If your items need to be ordered, we will contact you with an estimated time of arrival (ETA). If you approve of the ETA, we will process the order at that time. If you do not approve of the ETA, your order will not be processed and will not require a refund. Please allow 24 hours for our Customer Service Team to reach out to you.
