1 Year Limited Warranty
All finishes and other parts, components, and other furniture products, including but not limited to dining room tables, chairs, occasional tables, beds, dressers, marble tops, granite tops, desks, curio cabinets, china cabinets, buffets, entertainment centers, lamps, electrical components, and handles incorporated into any furniture product, are warranted by the manufacturer to you, the original retail purchaser, for one year from the date of purchase, to be free from material manufacturing defects. The manufacturer will pay, within one year from the date of purchase, reasonable and customary labor rates to repair or replace the defective parts and shipping costs from the retailer to and from factory, or a repair center designated by the manufacturer’s customer service department at no charge to the original retail purchaser.
*Under these Limited Warranties, the sole liability of Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc. is limited to repair, or at its option, replacement. Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc. will pay, within one year from the date of purchase, reasonable and customary labor rates to repair or replace the defective parts and shipping costs from the retailer to and from Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc., at no charge to the original retail purchaser. After one year from the date of purchase, the customer will be responsible for labor, packing, and all shipping and transportation costs.
Customers have the option to pick up their purchase themselves or to use our local delivery service. We offer pick-ups at our West Chester, OH location and our Florence, KY location. Warehouse pick-up hours are Thursday through Monday, 11:00 am – 6:40 pm. We deliver locally within 65 miles or less from our West Chester, OH or Florence, KY location. If your item(s) are in stock, we will process your order and email you a copy of your sales order. If your items are not in stock and need to be ordered, we will text or email you with an estimated time of arrival (ETA). If you approve of the ETA, we will process the order at that time.
