Under these Limited Warranties, the sole liability of Jackson Furniture is limited to repair, or at its option, replacement. Jackson Furniture will pay, within one year from the date of purchase, reasonable and customary labor rates to repair or replace the defective parts and shipping costs from the retailer to and from Jackson Furniture at no charge to the original retail purchaser. After one year from the date of purchase, the original retail purchaser will be responsible for labor, packing, and all shipping and transportation costs.

LOCAL CUSTOMERS

If you are a local customer, you can choose to pickup your purchase yourself or to use our local delivery service.

PICKUP: If you choose to pickup your order, pickup is available during our Weekend Warehouse sale hours (Friday-Monday). We are closed to the public for pickups Tuesday through Thursday.

DELIVERY: If you choose to have your order delivered, we offer a professional, local delivery service for an additional charge. Rates will vary depending on the items purchased and the shipping address. You will receive a specific quote on the checkout page once you’ve added products to your shopping cart. Please note the delivery dates and times are scheduled on a first come, first served basis.
